Nancy Pew White Poodle Dog

This week's Scavenger hunt is about puppies so here is my story & I am sticking to it!


Now the only dogs I own are the kind that just sit there and obey my every command. They don't move, eat or drink and make nastily in the house. They sit and look absolutely beautiful on a shelf, in the corner of the room on the floor or wear ever you like them.
I would love to own a pup but the hubby doesn't want to deal with them jumping on the bed and all that little pups and big dogs do. So I settled for second best. Doggies made of glass, ceramics, stuffed and paper dogs.

This cute little Poodle is from the Nancy Pew collections. Just look at her sweet little face! Cute huh?
She also serves as a planter or you can put your beauty brushes (make-up) or eye brow pencils and use her in the powder room or dressing table.

Summertime! Will We Have One?

Yes I know its not officially summer yet but the way things are going here in PA I am not sure we are going to have one, well not a very hot one. Our days and nights so far have been cool which is a good thing and the sun is shining which is a good thing in this state where I live. Up in the mountains the sun shines about 180 days a year and believe me it is so true.


We did have a great winter, not much snow or ice (thank you God) but it was cold. I am hoping for some warm sunny weather to brighten my days now that I am not working anymore and I can actually see the sun and look outside for a change. The past year and a half I did not see anything being inside a huge warehouse and had no life. Well for now I will have a life and one of rest and of course working on my websites. I have so much to add to each of them. Yes I have a few but that's me I like the challenge.


I will be adding many new vintage collectibles to my stores and especially woman's fashions. I got hooked on vintage clothing and love them all, the clothes, the shoes, the handbags and even the costume jewelry. So look out for all my new old stuff coming in the future days, weeks and months.

The ruby plaza store will be ending at the end of December 2012. They decided not to keep the Ruby Plaza stores anymore which is a shame as I really liked it there, so I will be moving all my fashions and accessories over to Retro Glitz by the end of Nov or the middle of Dec, not sure yet.

Pinterest I love You

I just love Pinterest I have become addicted to it in a good way. I see things I like and add them to my many boards. My goal is to add many websites besides my own so that all have a chance to be seen and hopefully there will be many new sales and new friends for us all.

I have said it so many times that the Internet is a big place and there is enough room for everyone no matter what type of product they sell. I believe there is enough competition for all of us to keep us on our toes and to put up the best product, the best story, the best pictures. If I don't have it then you do and that is what it is all about.

I know I have more to add but time is short tonight and I have a very busy week ahead of me. So I will end this with "Today is almost finished, tomorrow starts a new and fresh day. rejoice in it and be glad that you have risen to it!"

Happy & Blessed Thanksgiving

I would like for you all to receive many blessings on this day of Thanksgiving. It’s a day to be thankful for our Lord and God for his love, his Word and His Son Jesus Christ, the One who died for you and me! It’s a day to be thankful for the food on our table, the homes we own or live in, the family and the friends we have to laugh and cry with, for the jobs or business' we have and own. It’s a day to say thank you for the cars we drive to work in, go shopping, go visiting in, a day for sharing a dinner with our friends and family.

Yes there are troubled times today, but look at the good we still have in this country, we still have our freedom to choose, to laugh, to cry, to sing, to dance, to play and more, now that is something to be thankful about. Yes we lost loved ones (for me my sister this year) who I miss very much, but I do know she is in a state of joy sitting at the knees of Jesus, there were loss of homes, lands, cars, lives and so much more, but we are still thankful that we have life and more!

I pray that you all will have a blessed and beautiful Thanksgiving and that God pours down His Mercy, Love, Peace and Joy upon you! Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving to you all from me to you!
