Well here it is Friday again and our theme for today on our Scavenger Hunt has to do with weddings. I decide to go with Nancy's American Girl Doll as she has a stunning bridesmaid, Doll Party Dress which is in a lovely shade of pink, done in satin with lace. Vintage Wedding

This weeks Scavenger Hunt at ESN is all about weddings and this is my contribution by showing you a vintage wedding dress pattern.
What better way to have a vintage wedding then to make your own bridal gown and bridesmaids gowns. Here is a vintage pattern to make that one-of-a-kind gown.

Why not make your own wedding dress in a vintage sewing pattern by Simplicity. The collarless A-line dress with princess seaming has high round neckline. V. 1, 2 & 3 are ankle-length. V. 4 & 5 are regular-length. V. 1 & 4 with back loop and button closing have long bell-shaped set-in sleeves made of lace. V. 1 7 3 have self fabric tie belt worn above normal waistline. V. 2, 3 & 5 have back zipper closing. V. 2 & 5 have short set-in sleeves and lace edging trim. V. 3 is sleeveless.

Putting On The Smile

Our theme for Friday at Ecrater Stores Network featuring Le Petit Marche. I find that this is a special time of the year as you celebrate the season with friends & loved ones. Its a time of giving and sharing. Now as I was meandering around I spotted these funny looking snowmen salt & pepper shakers which brings smiles to my face as I remembered as a young girl making snowmen.

Of course today "No Way" but if your looking for a smile wander on over and get yourself a smile, there are many to choose from. Of course come and stop by ESN for other merchants displays and join in the fun.

What Makes You Smile

What makes me smile is the sun shining in my face. But in answer to this week's Scavenger Hunt at ESN I have a few items that really make me smile. Now look at the smile on this face, doesn't it make you want to smile too? Snowman Piggy Bank Just think in a few months it will be like that here in PA, boy am I looking forward to that! (as she sneers as she says this). He is really sweet, made in Japan and vintage. He would look great as a decoration for the holidays as a centerpiece on any shelf, table or dresser. Dining with ESN

Yep it's Friday and its time to play Scavenger Hunt. I am hunting down something to go with dining and I found this fabulous loaf pan, well its actually glass and very lovely at that.

Tea For Two

This weeks ESN"S Scavenger Hunt it's all about what goes with dining. Now you can have dinners, luncheons and Holiday dinners and use a special dining set or an everyday dinner set. Having an intimate tea party with a close friend to share and discuss past times when growing up is always good for fun times.

Using a vintage 3 piece set of fine China by Royal Court in the Du Barry pattern with its delicate roses and so feminine and girly look in rose and pinks and consists of a cup, saucer & scone or cucumber sandwich plates makes for a good time with each other. This also makes a great gift to give to that special friend who is always there for you.
