Duck Duck Goose

This week's Scavenger Hunt is about the Duck. Now it can mean ducks as in birds, or duck, something is gonna hit you, or who knows what else?.  Do you remember that game of Duck, Duck, Goose? Silly wasn't it? But then again when you are a kid, nothing is really silly!

I do happen to have a pair of Duck Bookends which are neat and different. They are vintage and made in Japan. Great for the reader and hunter and as a collectible to gather dust on your shelf :) Well lets face it, collectibles are the best dust collectors I know, they attract dust like a magnet, 

I am off the subject, back to the duck bookends, they do make a great Father's Day gift also!

The Gift

Well this week's Scavenger Hunt ia about "GIFT", now who in their right mind would refuse such a gift? I love gifts, and I love to give give gifts. Of course the best gift giver there is is Jesus, He gave His life for us, His gift offering so that we may live and be with Him forever more! That is the best gift there is.

Puppy Love

This weeks Scavenger Hunt is all about Puppy. Now I don't have a puppy myself, but I do sell some. Of course these puppies are quiet, don't bark, bite or make messes. They sit still, don't make any noises and are cute to show to your friends and families.

Its Raining Violets

Just got back from vacation and as I was traveling on the roads, I noticed beautiful flowers arrayed all over in the many states we traveled to get to Florida. Of course the purples, violets, lavenders all stood out to me as I love that color. Right now where I live it is still cold and no leaves on my trees or anyone else's for that matter. Hoping soon for color here other than brown or white.

Well as I was looking thru my stores I wanted to find something that would represent the color violet for our Scavenger Hunt this week and at Cutsie Kids I have this adorable girl's dress with purple grapes!

Wearing Many Hats

So the theme for this week is "Hats" on Ecrater Stores Network, and I thought about myself on how many hats I wear; now I am not talking about the hats on your head but what I do in any given day. First I have 10 stores, I just downgraded to 10 had 13 before, 3 blogs, am connected to many ning sites and belong to many teams on Etsy. Now I do have to go there here and everywhere to get my products listed, promoted, chat, tweet, pin to Pinterest, to wanelo, to weheartit, to loveit, to, nah too tired to mention them all, but that is my daily life on the web. 

My social life and home life is a different story as I have a lot of hats there too!

So I thought I would show you from my store katzzs kloset! Now I don't have any hats here they are all at my etsy store but here is a cute Elephant Baby Boy Bank now how cute is this baseball cap! Of course I have a few other piggy banks with hats on but for lack of time I need to cut this short, yes this is another hat I am wearing, doing blogs at ESN in out famous Scavenger Hunt!

Going Camping

This week's Scavenger Hunt is about traveling. Now I never went camping and never will. I have a phobia about creepy, crawly things, but I can sure pretend.

Movie Theme Garfield

This weeks theme is "Movies" on Ecrater Stores Network. Now I am not a movie goer and really haven't much to say about them. I stopped going about 26 years ago and boy did I save money too! To me the movies today are too graphic with much violence and sex, so I don't contribute my hard-earned money to them. I do know there are some good ones out there, but I just won't go as I have other things to do!

So now as to what movie am I going to blah blah about? None! I probably have some items that were used in a movie like a Garfield Wall Key Hanging Rack, no it wasn't used in a movie but he was the movie :0). Nope didn't see the movie but heard about, glad I saved my money. You are probably thinking by now "wow is she being negative or what?" Well its yes and no, I don't go to movies so I have nothing to say about them except that some are really bad! Well here is my Garfield at least he is cute and cheerful here, though he can be a bad kitty at times too!

This is getting harder and harder here at ESN, my friend Wolfie decided for us to post on Friend. Well this is a little difficult because there are many who I call friend, and some acquaintances . So I decide to post about what I would buy for a friend. There are many gifts to buy for a friend, its just making sure its the right one for that particular friend. Office Why I Don't Know)

My friend Linda who is the head honcho over at ESN decide to use a theme "Office", now is this someone who is in charge like at the White House, or one who works in an office, or accessories for an office?  Because I am not sure which is which I am going to use her store to find something to use for an office as I know she doesn't work at the White House and she isn't a Senator, or any kind of Rep there. So I found this at her store Logitech Quick Scan and is most likely used in an office, I know I don't have one for my office as I don't want anyone to see since I work in my pj's and my hair is sticking out all over and of course no make-up. Of course that changes about an hour before the hubby comes home, I have to look pretty and presentable for him (lol). Snow-Sick Of It, Pretty But Ugly!

Our theme for this week is Snow. No I feel like rebelling cause I am so sick of it. Yes when it is melting away, here it comes back full force and then the ice. Drats why can't I be in Florida right now :(.
So what am I going to post about. I think not myself today but some other lucky person who has what I need to talk about.

Today's Scavenger Hunt is all about hearts. Sparkling Glass

The theme for this weeks blog is Sparkle on ESN.  I know I could ave listed all the different types of jewelry that sparkles but I love glass and so I choose Bargain Express's Vintage Iridescent Clear Glass Candy Dish which has an iridescent sparkle to it. This is so cute and versatile which can be used for most anything. Approximately 5 3/4" across and 1 1/4" deep. Smooth on the inside, ribbed petal-like pattern on the outside for scalloped edges. Horse Mugs

Today's theme is for Horse at ESN. Well I happen to have a pair of steins or mugs with a horse on each one. They are of course vintage and made in Japan. Now I love horses but have not been on one since I fell off of one. My dear cousin asked me if I would like to ride on his gorgeous white horse and of course the small child that I was said yes with glee and laughter. Now he rode the horse bareback, so I sat on behind him holding on for dear life since it was my first time on a horse. 

He took off and decided to pick up some speed and needless to say I was getting a little scared. He slowed down some and did it again and we took off like lightening, now I was really frightened and started to cry and he just keep going and I felt myself slipping from my hold on him and before you know there I was flat on my back screaming and crying. He finally realized I wasn't there and came back for me. I was sorely bruized but not broken. 

Of course he called me a crybaby, made some fun and laughed. I hated him from that time on. Of course I don't hate him anymore but I did for a few years and never went to visit him and my aunt again for a long, long time. I still love horses but have not been on them since. Maybe someday!

Happy Meals for Babies

On our Scavenger Hunt this week its all about babies. Well I decided that I like Sirroco's Happy Meals which are little Hansel & Gretal Dolls. I think they are so cute and even though they are in reality not babies, they are in my eyes. Why you ask? Well when I was a little bitty baby girl my mom use to read me and sister all the fairy tales. This one was one of my favorites.
